You agree to use Topho only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Service, including, without limitation, accessing data not intended for you or logging into a server or account which you are not authorized to access.

3. User Content

Studio users are responsible for the photos and content they upload to Topho. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate any third party rights.

4. Facematching Technology

Topho uses face recognition technology to group photos. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% precision in face matching results.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Topho makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Topho be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
